RTA Smart Taxi App Reviews

At party in Satwa. Others ordered taxi via call centre and I use the new RTA app. My Taxi arrived in 10mins and could track the taxis progress once the job was accepted. Awesome app guys. Needs feed back button for each trip and reporting good and bad taxi drivers.

I tried to book a taxi couple of times but never worked

Very poorly designed app, i cant book a taxi for later time only for later!! Why do tou have gps position if we have to guide the Taxi to my location!! Waste of time

Dont waste your time.. Despite living in jumeirah we have never been able to book a taxi.. App goes into endless search mode..

The app is really slow, Map is not accurate.. I already stopped using it

Ive tried this app thrice and those three times never really worked. The first time was rush hour which is understable that there was no available taxi. The second time, just hangs on the book now option. Third time, it says booking sent but no confirmation whatsoever then the taxi driver called me after 10 mins and I already called the hotline to book one. So it doesnt tell you if you have actually booked or not. And the driver was very rude because he said i wasted his time. If this app was working properly, no time will be wasted. Had to write a review just to warn people that this app is not ready for showtime.

The app simply does not work, after entering the address and pressing the book button, the system gets stuck trying to submit, but never actually submits the request.

I hope you spend more work on this app , because its very useful & little effort added will make it great.

The app worked fine a few months back but after April it just became more and more difficult to use the map would give the wrong location and now it will read the right location but when you try confirm it crashes

Horrible.. It wont detect the location you are in, so simply cant order a cab. You cannot see cab availability in your area. You cannot change the location that it gives you by default, which is miles away. Do not bother downloading.
